At Dresses City Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our dresses, graphic tees, or other stylish pieces, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved, please send your return with:

  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging if possible
  • A copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without original tags or with signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom-made graphic tees
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
